We have arrived home after our trip to Canada, and
yes we did enjoy it as much as you said we would.
The surprise for my sister-
in- law actually stayed a surprise even though BA did their best to spoil
it. We ended up being delayed for 20 hours at Heathrow, but it all worked
out well in the end.

picking us up and delivering us to the airport on time and making the

I keep meaning to write and tell you how grateful
I was for the service you gave Paddy when he came to London. my son was
going to Glasgow and there is advertised a similar service there. It
took me ages to get them, they didn't answer email or phone despite a
top class website, and when he finally did he just said public taxi is
40 euro and put the phone down (I had emailed what I wanted). So although
I got a service of sorts I was put off by the non businesslike attitude.
I was trying to get my son escorted safely to his grandmother, a journey
he has never done on his own.
So I am extremely grateful and thankful the service you gave
Paddy.
I hope you have escaped the bombings so far. The time of the IRA
bombings it became a big nuisance never knowing if you'd get home or
back because of the major disruption caused, let alone being actually
there at the time.
